Chloe Ferry is opening up about ‘finally’ getting surgery to remove the ‘loose skin’ she had after having her BBL removed.
The 31-year-old has previously been candid about her regret over getting a Brazilian Butt Lift in 2017. The surgery increases the size and shape of the buttocks through a process of autologous fat transfer during which fat is moved other parts of the body.
The Geordie Shore star had surgery to remove her BBL in January 2025 however she recently shared an update with fans about a recent ‘incredibly personal and private’ situation which led to her having another operation.
“A year ago, I had my BBL removed, and honestly, I thought that would be the end of my journey with it,” she wrote in a message to fans on social media. “I thought I could finally move on and put it all behind me.

"Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. I'm now left with quite a lot of loose skin after getting my BBL removed around that area, and after a lot of thought, I've made the difficult decision to have it surgically removed."
Chloe went on to say that it’s ‘never as simple as it can look from the outside’.

She continued: "Especially when it comes to cosmetic surgery, corrective procedures or removals, there can be consequences you never imagine when you're making that initial decision."
She reflected that she wishes she ‘could go back and speak to the 19-year-old version of myself’ to hell her she was ‘already enough’ and did’t have to ‘change herself to feel beautiful, accepted or worthy’.
The reality TV star added: "I'm not sharing this to judge anyone who has had, or is considering, cosmetic surgery. Everyone has their own reasons, experiences and journeys.
"I'm simply sharing mine because I wish someone had shared something like this with me when I was younger.
"If this reaches even one young girl who is thinking about changing her body and makes her pause for a moment and ask herself, 'Do I really need to do this?' then sharing something this personal will be worth it."
She concluded her message by thanking her surgeon Mark Solomos, writing: “After speaking with him about what's possible and what to expect, I felt comfortable putting myself in his hands today."
Chloe later shared an updated on her Instagram Stories, writing ‘everything went well’.

"Hoping and praying this is my last surgery - I never want to put myself through this again."
Chloe also posted a new bikini picture on her feed following the surgery and fans and fellow celebrities flooded the comments with messages of support, including former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson who wrote: "Beautiful girl."
Nathan Henry gushed: "Hope you took your boots to match this hat."
Chloe captioned the post: "Regret ever changing the body I once took for granted. I lost myself trying to change it, and now I’m fighting to get myself back. I’m so happy to FINALLY see the one Chloe."
A fan shared: "You’ve been beautiful since day one of entering the Geordie Shore house! Your [sic] hilarious & were always my favourite!"
And another follower wrote: "So proud of you! You look incredible."

Risks of getting BBL surgery
BBL surgery is a risky procedure and there have been a number of deaths linked to it.
According to the NHS, it has the highest death rate of all cosmetic procedures and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) has advised its members against carrying out BBL surgeries.
A major concern is that the injected fat can cause a blockage in a blood vessel in the lungs, known as a pulmonary embolism, which can be Fatal.
Other risks include skin infections called cellulitis and lumpy scars.
Evidence suggests that the fat being transferred should only be injected subcutaneously, into the tissue beneath the skin.
