Bunnie Xo just savagely compared her marriage to Jelly Roll to a prison sentence, as she joked about returning to single life following their 10-year-long relationship.
Last Monday (15 June), the shock news broke that the podcaster and influencer, 46, and the American rapper and singer, 41, had called time on their romance.
PEOPLE Magazine dropped the bombshell that Jelly, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, had filed divorce papers against Bunnie on 18 May in Williamson County, Tennessee, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason why.
Since then, both parties have made it clear that the break-up was on good terms, with Jelly saying at a recent concert that ‘nobody cheated’ and the celebrity duo remain ‘best friends,’ as reported by Christian Post.

While Bunnie, real name Alisa Andrea DeFord, has been getting candid with fans on her Dumb Blonde podcast.
In her most recent episode, which was uploaded on Thursday (25 June), she revealed some of the DMs she’s received since the split became public knowledge.

The podcaster claimed that she’s only responded to two social media DMs since the break-up, as she divulged some of the more unhinged messages that have appeared.
She read one out loud in the studio, which said: “Hey, pretty lady, I'm about to get out of prison on a 10 year bid next year. Please let me go out and have a time with you. That's all I ask. I promise it will be worth it. Hit me back.”
Bunnie joked: “So listen. I don't mind that the dude's in prison. What I don't like is he said, 'let me go out and have a time with you.’
“So that's where it's like, okay. So you're just expecting me to put out on this first date.”
Her co-host Meme Shahan then chimed in with: “I mean after 10 years he might need it,” and Bunnie responded: “I mean, same.”
She laughed: “I just got out of a 10-year bid too b****es, what are we talking about."

Bunnie’s other co-host Hailee Clark then added: “How the turn tables.”
The influencer made sure to quickly clarify that she was joking, though, as she warned: “I'm gonna get a phone call," before insisting it was a joke and ‘just cutting the rug buddy’.
As mentioned, it comes just after Jelly spoke out for the first time since the public split, during his show at the Saratoga Springs, NY, stop of his tour.
In a video obtained by Page Six, he declared, “This is the only time and the only city I’m gonna speak about this, so break your camera phones out now."
“Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends,” he said, while pointing out that she will “probably be the only woman I will ever love the way I loved her’ and urging that ‘nobody cheated on nobody’.
Jelly then affirmed that ‘every word’ of her previous podcast is the truth, adding: “That will be my best friend forever. This is the only time I will ever speak about it. Bunnie, I love you, baby.”
