Days after brandishing her blossoming baby bump on the red carpet, Anne Hathaway has been forced to address speculation that she's been faking her third pregnancy this whole time.
The actress, 43, rocked up to a Los Angeles theatre on Sunday (9 Aug), alongside the cast of her latest dinosaur-disaster movie, The End of Oak Street.
There, she sported a baby-blue silk crop top with an elongated train and a pair of low-rise denim jeans, both of which perfectly accentuated her rounded belly.
Hathaway is currently expecting her third child with husband Adam Schulman, with whom she already shares two sons - Jonathan, 10, and Jack, six. The couple announced the news that they're expecting back in June with an Instagram video showing the star wearing a white flowy dress and cradling her growing bump.

"x Baby, I’m yours x," they captioned the post at the time.

Several videos of the Oscar-winning star meeting fans ahead of the festivities were later shared on TikTok, which, oddly, prompted several social media critics to question the authenticity of her bump.
"I’m sorry, but that looks fake," one wrote.
Another added: "It does look fake. There’s body makeup on it."
"Oh come on. That is not real," a third alleged.
Taking to Instagram on Monday (10 Aug), however, the Les Misérables star shared a video from behind-the-scenes as she arrived for her red carpet appearance, where she hit back at the criticism.

In the clip, Hathaway was seen waiting patiently for her hair and make-up team to finish getting her ready for the big day, which included filing her nails and adding hair extensions to her brunette locks.
While the video itself gave no mention to rumours that Hathaway's third pregnancy has been faked, the caption certainly did.
Referencing her heavy headpiece, she penned, 'Fake hair, real bump', alongside a collection of dinosaur emojis.
"Enjoy The @endofoakstreet Block Party chaos with me as my outfit literally melts in the heat!!" Hathaway added.
Discussing her latest pregnancy during an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers last week, the movie star described the experience as 'amazing', while simultaneously admitting she and Schulman were 'shocked' to discover they were expecting for a third time.

"Oh, my gosh. It’s amazing. It’s amazing," Hathaway gushed. I mean, we knew what we were doing, but we were so shocked it worked. We were so shocked it went this way, so we’re calling this one our buzzer-beater."
She later discussed her age with Access Hollywood, claiming she'd somewhat given up on the idea of conceiving again.
"There’s always hope until there’s not, but when you get to a certain age, that hope looks like 1% to 2%," the mother-of-three explained. "So we just decided to see where life took us, with a very, very healthy, realistic expectation, which was very low."
Hathaway added: We’re overjoyed because we just know from personal experience that not everybody gets this, and certainly not when you want it, sometimes not ever."
