Amber Heard has given her supporters a surprising life update after largely staying silent on social media over the last few years.
The 39-year-old Aquaman actress left her life in the US behind and relocated to Madrid with her daughter Oonagh Paige, now four, back in 2022.
She welcomed her first daughter via surrogate in 2021 and officially announced the birth of her two twins, Agnes and Ocean, on Mother's Day this year.
According to a 2024 report by local news outlet El Diario de Mallorca, before she made the move to Madrid, Heard had lived on the Spanish island of Mallorca, where she'd also been going by a new name.

The publication claimed she'd started going by 'Martha Jane Cannary' - which was actually the real name of gunslinger 'Calamity Jane'.
This all of course followed her infamous trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp, which saw him win a defamation action against her in 2022 regarding claims that he had physically and sexually assaulted her.

The televised trial picked up humungous traction and was watched by millions from around the world, throwing their relationship and details of their personal lives into the spotlight.

So, it's no surprise that the Hollywood actress was keen for a fresh start, and until recently has largely remained off social media for the past few years, instead focusing on parenting her new children in Spain.
However, her fans were treated to a few rare updates in recent weeks, as Heard gave them an insight into what she's been up to.
The mother-of-three has been back on stage in America to return to acting with a performance in Jeremy O. Harris' new play, Spirit of the People, with Heard playing the role of Genevieve, a Canadian woman running away from her past to become the owner of a Mexican mescaleria.
She first announced that she'd landed the role back in June, posting a selfie with Harris to Instagram alongside the caption: "In my theatre era".

Heard also posted a slew of behind the scene snaps which showed her learning her lines and getting glammed up in the dressing room.
Earlier this week, she shared a selfie before heading on stage for her final weekend of performances, writing in the caption: "Lucky to be stealing one final breath before this weekend’s final performances. Last chance to see Spirit of the People at @wtfestival."

And now, as the show's run has come to a close, she's made sure to thank her fans for all of their support with an emotional message.

Heard shared another selfie, this time amongst all of her flowers and gifts, to mark the 'unforgettable' weekend.
She wrote: "Thank you to all of my fans and supporters for making this already unforgettable weekend so much more beautiful."
The actress added: "The flowers won’t last forever but the memories of all the love and support I received through this, will."
The play was on for three weekends at the Williamstown Theatre Festival in Massachusetts, where Heard appeared alongside a star-studded cast.

Critics and fans alike have been praising the production, which also features Ato Blankson-Wood, Zachary Booth, Brandon Flynn and Amandla Jahava.
According to the official description, the play 'confronts uncomfortable truths about land and what it means to destroy it'.
