As you prepare your Halloween movie schedule, you might be interested to know that one TikTok user has discovered a link between the spooky film classics that are Hocus Pocus and Halloweentown.
Not only are these two of our favourite movies, but we also love a good Easter Egg or fan theory, so naturally we were intrigued to hear more.
TikToker @lyssalyssalyssahh shared her theory after she binge-watched the first three Halloweentown movies.

At the end of Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge, she noticed something which may cause Disney fans or conspiracy theorists to prick up their ears.
In the later stages of the film, Sophie journeys around the town bringing back colour and life to the local community.

One of the residents, who happens to be a witch, is shown transforming back into her old self - but it's her outfit that caught the eagle eye of TikTok theoriser @lyssalyssalyssahh.
The ensemble in question is a purple cape and burgundy gown with a bodice and sheer sleeves - or, more specifically, the exact outfit worn by Sarah Jessica Parker in her role as Sarah Sanderson in 1993's Hocus Pocus.
As she chats to camera, TikToker @lyssalyssalyssahh ponders as to whether there could be a connection between the two fan-favourite Halloween movies.
"Does this mean that Hocus Pocus and Halloweentown exist in the same universe?" she asks, adding: "Please discuss!"

Followers quickly responded, with many saying that they had spotted the same thing.
"Hmmm I saw that too watching it the other night," commented one follower.
"WE NEED ANSWERS!!!" wrote another.
Others thought that other Sanderson sister costumes could be spotted elsewhere in the Halloweentown franchise.
"Winifreds [costume] can be seen in the crowd at the end of the first one," insisted one.

"All three of their costumes are used in these films!!!" argued another.
There were others, though, who chimed in saying that they "wouldn't be surprised if they [the filmmakers] just recycled the costumes".
The witchy plot thickens!
