Hocus Pocus 2 is on track to be 'pretty great,' according to film favourite, Bette Midler.
Speaking about the sequel, which is set to drop on Disney+, the award winning actress and singer-songwriter said she now knows the story which is going to play out - and we have cause to get excited.
"They presented us with an outline, and after we picked ourselves up off the floor, because it's been 27 years, we looked at it and I think all of us agreed that it was pretty great," Bette told People.

While Bette has confirmed she's set to return as Winnie Sanderson alongside her on-screen sisters, Sarah Jessica Parker (Sarah) and Kathy Najimy (Mary), she added they're also keen to bring back some of the crew, too.
"A lot of the success of what we did on that picture had to do with the team that they assembled to make that picture, the people who did the flying and the rigging, the people who did the green screens, the people who did the... I don't think they called it the green screen in those days.
"The people who did the hair and makeup, which were all exemplary, the costumers, and the special effects people."
The Hocus Pocus sequel, titled Hocus Pocus 2 will be directed by Adam Shankman. Some of his biggest films to date include Hairspray and Enchanted.

Plot details around the follow-up film are sketchy, but the first film sees three witches executed in 1693 when the people of Salem capture them for practising witchcraft.
However, 300 years later, the three witches are brought back to life after a sceptic lights the Candle of the Black Flame, seeing the three sisters wreak havoc on the town.
We can't wait to see what they all get up to in the sequel.
