The Witcher has just dropped a new fun Christmas teaser as fans wait eagerly for season two.
Using footage from the first season of the fantasy show, but with a festive twist, Netflix put a great big smile on fans' faces as it harked to the holidays.
Set to 'Sleigh Ride' by the Ronettes, the minute long comedy trailer shows Henry Cavill as Geralt, who is - unsurprisingly - being a bit of a scrooge about the holiday season.

"Save your sleds for another day, for now is a time to simply slay," The Witcher's account tweeted, as it shared the video.
"Tis the season of #Witchmas."
Check it out below:
While the video fans really want is a season 2 trailer, the Christmas video certainly managed to spread some cheer, especially with the topless Geralt scene...

"OMG I LOVE THIS," one fan of the show wrote.
While another added: "A Christmas gift!"
The action-packed series, which some have branded "better than Game of Thrones", landed last December, and it feels like we've been waiting forever for the second instalment.
Teasing the next season, producer Lauren Hissrich told Digital Spy: "What I would say is that season one is very much about building blocks. It's about constructing the world, and setting up these characters, and putting them on paths, and knocking those dominoes over.
"When you get to season two, all of those things start to come to play, which is that characters start meeting each other - sometimes getting along, sometimes not."

She added: "All those things that we set up - Geralt and Yennefer, Geralt and Ciri, Yennefer and Ciri - all of the different kingdoms that you just barely hear about in season one, start rising to the surface in season two.
"So the storytelling is a little more intense in a way, and maybe a little more focused and driven in the journeys that we're telling in season two."
The series will consist of eight episodes and alongside Henry Cavill (Geralt), we can expect Anya Chalotra (Yennefer) and Freya Allan (Ciri) to return for the second season.
Meanwhile Netflix has announced that new Witchers are joining the cast too: Lambert, played by Paul Bullion, and Coën, played by Yasen Atour.

We might not have a trailer for the next instalment yet, but what we do have are some first look images, to further whet our appetites.
Dropping the pictures of Geralt in his armour last month, the streaming platform wrote: "New armour, same Witcher. Here's your first look at Henry Cavill as Geralt in @witchernetflix Season 2."

Unfortunately, because of Covid-19 delays, we don't yet have a release date for the show's return.
Here's hoping the Christmas trailer keeps us going until whenever that may be.
