A brand-new series of Supernanny comes to E4 on Monday 20th July at 9pm - and we're so ready to witness more child behaviour wizardry from Jo Frost.

Parenting expert Jo frost last graced UK screens back in 2008 when the final series of the hit show aired, astonishing viewers with her ability to turn even the most troublesome of tots into little angels.

The US version of the series continued until 2011, with the nanny extraordinaire sharing her tips and tricks with American families at a loss as to how to curb their children's behaviour.

Almost a decade later, Jo is back on our tellies for a rebooted US series - and luckily us Brits get to watch it too. Hurrah!

In a statement about the rebooted show, Channel 4 said: "From stubborn toddler tantrums and tweens who just won't listen, to parents on the edge of a complete meltdown - it's safe to say that things on E4 are about to seriously get a whole lot more explosive.

"Following pleading messages from parents across the pond, this must-see iconic reality series sees Jo Frost - Supernanny come to the rescue of these parents who are at the end of their tether, from struggling to control their troublesome kids to their relationships being put to the test."

With over 30 years of experience, Jo will help parents facing childcare nightmares.

"From children who act out and won't listen, to those tweens with too much screen time, fussy fad eaters and teenagers at war with their parents who just can't agree on how to raise their kids.

"With only days to help coach each family, Jo strategically pulls together challenging, yet life-changing plans to bring some normality and harmony back to these households.

"But it's not always smooth sailing with rebellious children and parents involved! But how will they react to Jo's new tasks ahead and will Frost be able to iron out the chaos and win over these families, or will they all rebel and be sent to a time out?"

Fans of the show will remember that Supernanny aired in the UK from July 2004 to October 2008, and in the US from January 2005 to March 2011.

In March 2019, it was announced that Supernanny would be returning for a 20-episode season, which premiered on Lifetime in January.
