Laura Anderson Hits Out At 'Bitter Ex' Claims Following Split From Paul Knops

Love Island star Laura Anderson has hit out at her former flame, Paul Knops, after sources labelled her a 'bitter ex' in the wake of their September split.
Insiders close to the former couple claimed that Laura had tried to 'dig up dirt' on Paul by speaking to another of his exes on the phone, divulging all the details at Dani Dyer's clothing line launch last week in front of him and their mutual friends.
The sources claimed that their former couple's Love Island co-stars believed she had 'crossed a line' by sharing the details at the party.
But Laura fired back these 'inaccurate' claims on Monday evening, saying she's moved on from their relationship, and is now seeing someone else.
"Regarding today's press; I think its quite clear from how I acted in the villa that I'm not a 'bitter ex'," Laura shared on her Instagram story.
"Regardless of what has been inaccurately printed and what I was informed about Paul, I'm not the one selling stories on the matter."
The flight attendant turned reality star continued: "He is in the past which I'd like to keep that way. I've moved on, I'm happily seeing someone else which I have chosen to keep private. It really just is boring now."
She's staying true to her word as Laura didn't reveal the identity of her new mystery man to her 1.5 million Instagram followers either.
It was Paul who ended their relationship in September, after failing to make it work outside of the villa. Despite meeting each other's family, he insisted that they weren't compatible together, which is why they never made thing 'official'.

Laura quickly unfollowed her ex-beau on social media at the time, with Paul claiming that they hadn't spoke since he called time on their romance as things had been left on a sour note.
