Laura Anderson and ex Gary Lucy 'back together' before welcoming first child together

Laura Anderson and ex Gary Lucy are reportedly 'back together', just weeks before they're due to welcome their first child.

Their relationship seemingly didn't end on the best of terms after Gary, 41, was first to announce the split, claiming he ended things because he did not want to move to Scotland with Laura, 34.

However, the Love Island star told fans that was not the case.

The former couple - who first met on an episode of Celebs Go Dating - announced in February that they were expecting a child together.

But just one week later, the pair confirmed that they had decided to go their separate ways.

During a Q&A session, Laura said: "I really don't want to get into this, there's loads of reasons, you know, the truth always comes out in the end, whatever. But I definitely did not tell Gary to move to Scotland.

"I totally get the investment and the fact that people have watched us get together on a TV show, but it is edited, there is music on there, there were things left out.

"Even just Instagram and stuff like that, even more recently, things that have been posted... it's just not like that. I do appreciate the love from afar and the support but it's... things are not always what they seem."

Back in March, the Hollyoaks actor publicly revealed the gender of his baby and took to Instagram to share a picture of a pink cartoon crown sitting on the words 'Daddy's Girl'.

It was then followed by a picture of the baby scan and the words: "For everyone that's been asking... let's hope she inherits her Mummy's looks."

Now, according to The Sun, the couple have reportedly been spending time together - with them recently spending a luxurious weekend at a high-end Scottish hotel.

A source told the publication: "He flew up to Scotland to see Laura and they were spotted together at Glasgow airport.

"Then the next week, they went to Gleneagles, the luxury hotel, together."

Laura also posted a photo of herself in a dressing gown at a country estate on Monday (21 August).

"I saw Gary there, are you guys back together?" one follower even commented.

It remains unclear if the couple were reportedly just spending time together or have got back together.

Back in June, Laura said: "How that person responds is ultimately up to them. If that causes them to exit my life, I just let it happen."
