Listening in on Harry's conversation with his wife, The Late Late Show host admits he had no idea that the Prince had a nickname he went by.
The Duke of Sussex quipped back: "Well, you aren't my wife."
That's not the only nickname that Meghan has for Prince Harry, either.
Back in 2021, the Duchess made an appearance on The Ellen Show and referred to her husband as 'H'.
She told Ellen DeGeneres: "He [Archie] loves being a big brother. Everyone tells you, someone told H and I you have one kid as a hobby, two children is parenting."
Prince Harry's casual new nicknames are just some of the major changes he's made since stepping down as a senior member of the royal family and moving to the States.
Attending the Super Bowl LVI this weekend with his cousin Princess Eugenie, fans are convinced that he's going 'full American'.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "So Prince Harry is a full American now?! Even attending the super bowl".
"#PrinceHarry living his American dream," another declared. "Good to see his cousin there with him #PrincesEugenie".
Sitting in his private box alongside his cousin, Harry's also got fans' attention as he also showed off his shorter new 'do at the event, having debuted it at the virtual summit for mental health start-up BetterUp.
