Pixie Lott has announced she and husband Oliver Cheshire are expecting their first child - and the newborn will be here sooner than you might think.
The 32-year-old singer, whose real name is Victoria Lott, took to Instagram to share the happy news with a selection of snaps of her growing bump.

During a recent interview with Vogue, Pixie shared details of her pregnancy and revealed that she and Oliver have decided to forego a gender reveal as they didn’t want to share the news just yet.
She explained: “We were so excited to find out, it's nice to keep that information just for us. Feeling the little kicks with Oli has been magical and I am hooked on getting the little outfits – we are so excited.”

The mum-to-be revealed that the baby is due in September, meaning there isn’t a long wait for people to find out.

Pixie went on to say that she found singer Rhianna a source of inspiration for her pregnancy and motherhood.
“When I see someone like Rihanna continuing to perform while pregnant, I find it really inspiring,” she said.
“There are some amazing women out there doing it – it’s definitely possible.
“Of course, I haven’t entered the newborn stage – they call it the fourth trimester – when you don’t get much sleep. I’m very aware I might feel differently then.”

Elsewhere in the interview, she also heaped praise on her own mum, adding: "My mum has taught me so many things that I want to pass onto my own child.

"She’s a total go-getter who goes out there and makes stuff happen, but she’s also very family-orientated, that’s how she brought us all up.
"It’s why we’re all so close. She’s a rock to so many people – a super mumma – and I hope I can be one, too."

Pixie has previously said she’d like a ‘big family’ but insisted that she was happy to wait until the ‘time was right’.
Speaking to the Sun back in 2020, she said: “I'm a big family girl, a very big family girl. Family is everything for me so I would love to have my own family when I can find the time.
“When the time is right I would love that. It's such an amazing thing to have.”
