In 2014, Anthony married the model Shannon De Lima, but they split two years later. The divorce was finalised in 2017.
Anthony’s relationship with his current wife first came to light in February 2022, after Ferreira was crowned Miss Universe Paraguay in 2021.
They announced their engagement in May and the pregnancy announcement arrives only two weeks after they exchanged vows in a lavish wedding ceremony on 28 January in Miami.
The extravagant wedding was held at the Pérez Art Museum last month.
Anthony’s best men were football icon David Beckham and Carlos Slim, a Mexican businessman.
Other A-list guests included Reggaeton star Maluma, Romeo Santos, Salma Hayek, Oscar-winning songwriter Lin Manuel Miranda and ‘Despacito’ singer Luis Fonsi.
Lopez, Affleck and Emme and Max were all absent for the ceremony.
Ferreira wore two stunning dresses for the event, designed by Israeli fashion designer Galia Lahav.
Sharon Sever, Head Designer at Galia Lahav, gushed about the dresses and said it was a ‘special moment’ seeing the bride try them on.
“Seeing her in her dress for the first time and the way her face & eyes lit up was such a special moment - she was an absolute vision!” she said in a statement shared with People.
“At her last fitting, I received a video from our team in Miami of her dancing, being emotional & thanking Galia & I. We are so honored & excited that she let us be part of her big day & wish the couple only love!"
