Madonna has spilled the tea on her sex life in a new Q&A video, and revealed that her favourite snack is 'big d**k' and if she could only wear one item for the rest of her life, it would be her '24 carat gold vibrator necklace'.
In a wonderfully weird video uploaded to her YouTube channel, Madonna, 64, runs around her mansion answering 50 questions about her life and career in the style of Vogue's 73 Questions series.
The pop icon released the video to celebrate the release of her greatest hits album: Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones, and she absolutely did not hold back on the juicy details.

When the 'Like A Prayer' singer was asked what her favourite snack was, she joked: "I can't remember his name... oh, no! Big d**k."
And that wasn't the only raunchy answer that Madonna had , either.
For a lot of the questions, she simply gave the one-worded answer: "Sex".
That included her greatest guilty pleasure, her zodiac sign, her current favourite obsession, what keeps her going, the secret to her success, and her life mantra. So it's anyone's guess what Madonna has been up to in her free time.
When asked what her proudest achievement was, Madonna sincerely said: "My six amazing children", but when it came to her biggest regret, she answered: "Getting married... both times."
Madonna was first married to actor Sean Penn from 1985 to 1989, and then director Guy Ritchie from 2000 to 2008.
She shares her eldest daughter Lourdes Leon, 25, with ex-boyfriend Carols Leon, and eldest son Rocco Ritchie, 23, with Guy Ritchie, and later adopted David Banda, 16, Mercy James, 15, Stella, 10, and Estere, 10.
Elsewhere in the interview, Madge shared that if she hadn't been a musician, she would probably have become a school teacher, and that the artist she'd most like to work with is Kendrick Lamar and, in case you were wondering, she loved the new Elvis movie.
The songstress also shared that she's dying to work with her former collaborator Britney Spears again.
Britney and Madonna had teamed up for the 2003 single 'Me Against The Music', which was an instant hit.
The duo also caused a media storm that same year, with the help of Christina Aguilera, when they performed Madonna's songs 'Like A Virgin' and 'Hollywood' at the MTV VMA Awards.
Madonna was one of the A-list guests who attended Britney's wedding to Sam Asghari this summer and, of course, the two recreated their iconic kiss.
As far as her own love life is concerned, Madonna has made it clear that she has no interest in walking down the aisle again, although she is currently dating model Andrew Darnell, 23.
And, if this interview is anything to go by, Madonna isn't letting go of him any time soon.
