As the meme goes, while the Devil works hard, Kris Jenner works even harder – as proven by the fact her intense routine starts each day at 4.30am.
Jenner, 66, truly is the world’s ultimate momager, serving deftly as the matriarch of one of the world’s biggest family franchises.
But it seems this doesn’t come without hard work, as Jenner has previously revealed her busy day usually starts at 4.30am so that she can exercise and catch up on meetings before heading out.

Yep, while most of us struggle to whimper a ‘Good morning’ to our housemate or other half before 10am, Jenner has been up and at ‘em for hours.
She spoke about her non-stop routine with daughter Kourtney Kardashian a couple of years ago on her lifestyle site Poosh.
"Our entire family, we prepare for a very long day,” Jenner said.
“Like, I’ll get up at 4.30 or 5.00 in the morning and jump up, have coffee, check my emails real quick.
“Hop on the treadmill, turn on the news, get caught up with what’s going on, so I feel like I’ve done my cardio, I’m prepared, you know, mentally and emotionally and physically, to go tackle a day.
“Be informed about what’s going on in the world, be informed about what’s going on with my kids.”
We can’t even get dressed, and here’s Jenner having the audacity to multi-task!?
Jenner continued: “If I can be on that treadmill for 45 minutes to an hour, it’s golden. Do a few weights, hop off, shower, glam, film.
“You know, it’s like I have this routine in the morning, and I think as human beings we really thrive on routine.
“I think that routines are very important for people to have some kind of a thing or ritual that you either do at the beginning of the day.
“And it’s also very important, and I know you do this with your kids, it’s important to be able to have a wind down.”
Here's hoping she just gets straight back into bed after those morning meetings, although it seems doubtful.
Thankfully, there’s at least one aspect of Jenner’s jam-packed day that the rest of us can relate to.
She added with a wink: “You gotta have a wind down, and mine is a wine down, if you know what I mean...”
Amen to that.
