Kourtney Kardashian has opened up about how she's embracing her changing body after undergoing fertility treatments with husband Travis Barker.

In this week's episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney, 43, spoke about having IVF and the 'toll' it had taken on her body.

She also spoke about being skinnier in previous 'toxic' relationships and says she's finally at a place where she's comfortable with her body, thanks to Travis' reassurance.

Prepping for a photoshoot with her team, Kourtney explained: "So, obviously my body has changed, but it was like all of the hormones that the doctors put me on."

Later, she explained to cameras that while the IVF treatments had 'taken a toll' both 'mentally and physically' she's now feeling happy with the changes.

"It's taken me a lot to get me to the place of feeling really comfortable and happy with the changes," she said.

"I'm so into my thicker body. I looked at photos of my body when I was so skinny. It is cringy."

Kourtney, who shares three children - Mason 12, Penelope, 10 and Reign, seven - with ex Scott Disick, also credited her husband Travis for his constant reassurance.

“Every day, Travis is like, ‘You’re perfect.’ If I make one complaint, he’s like, ‘You’re perfect. You’re so fine… You’ve never been better', said Kourtney. “And now I’m so into it.

"Having a partner who is so supportive of me and always complimenting me, no matter what, it's just helped me to really embrace the changes and actually to the point where I love the changes now."

The mum-of-three also discussed her weight in previous relationships, explaining times she was 'super skinny' were also periods of her life where she struggled with anxiety.

"Not about eating. Not about staying at a certain weight. But like just in toxic relationships," she added. "I used to always say this: When I'm super skinny, just know I'm not happy."

Kourtney recently explained that she and Travis had paused IVF, after explaining she felt a 'little pushed' into undergoing the treatment.

Discussing on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast with Amanda Hirsch, Kourtney explained: "I felt like we kind of got pushed into doing IVF. If you look online, it says if you're over 40 go right away to an IVF doctor. So I felt a little bit pushed.

"I got to a place where I just felt exactly like how timing is everything with me and Travis. So, I feel like if it's truly meant to be it will happen.

"We are for now, done with IVF. We say prayers and hope that god blesses us with a baby."
