Khloé Kardashian reveals one plastic surgery 'regret' as she breaks down every single procedure she’s had done

Khloé Kardashian has revealed the one ‘regret’ she has regarding her cosmetic procedures - and her response is maybe not what you’d expect.

This week, the reality TV icon, 41, followed in her sister Kylie Jenner’s footsteps and got candid about plastic surgery, listing every single cosmetic procedure she’s had done.

For those who aren’t up to speed, earlier this month, Kylie didn’t hold back when she detailed the ins and outs of her breast augmentation, revealing everything from the material used to the name of the surgeon who performed the procedure.

It all began when TikToker Rachel Leary took to the social media platform to ask the Kardashian sister the specifics of her 'most perfect, natural looking boob job ever'.

And to literally everyone’s surprise, Kylie actually commented and gave the people what they wanted.

Now, seemingly taking a leaf out of her little sister’s book, Khloé addressed recent speculation around her own cosmetic procedures and set the record straight.

She responded to an Instagram reel posted by plastic surgeon Dr John Betteridge, who took it upon himself to guess the work Khloé may have had done as she turned 41-years-old this week.

Instead of taking offence, the reality star said she took the post as a ‘great compliment’ before clarifying that the comparison photos used were actually taken 15 years apart.

She went on to list all of the cosmetic procedures she’s had done, writing: "I've been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go.”

Khloé name-dropped and tagged all of the surgeons, cosmetologists, personal trainers, and beauticians involved as she broke it all down for her followers.

The list included her nose job, laser hair ‘for the hairline and everywhere else,’ as well as Botox and Sculptra for 'where the face tumour was removed in her cheek'.

The Kardashian sister also got soft wave laser for 'skin tightening, collagen baby threads 'underneath her chin and neck,’ as well as filler 'in the past but not any over the last few years'.

She also credited her personal trainer for helping her ‘lose 80 pounds over the years’ as well as ‘collagen baby threads underneath her chin and neck’.

Finally, salmon sperm facials, regular facials, peptides, vitamins, and daily skincare also made the list.

Khloe signed off the comment with: "In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors."

However, going back to the first thing she revealed - her nose job - back in April 2022, Khloé shared her ‘biggest regret’.

Speaking about it on X (formerly Twitter), she replied to a fan, writing: “I got it a couple weeks before True‘s first birthday. Love it!”

Someone else then chimed in to share that they found the recovery from their own nose job procedure ‘the worst’ and they would ‘never do it again’.

Khloé replied: "Stop!!! Mine was a breeze. That’s crazy. It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”

In an interview with ABC News in the same month, she admitted she’d wanted her nose done ‘forever’.

She told host Robin Roberts: “My whole life I would say—I've always wanted my nose done, forever," she explained. "But it's in the middle of your face and it's scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it."
