The 42-year-old goes on to tell her mum that her weight gain has sparked pregnancy rumours among fans, making it all the more heartbreaking.

She tells Kris: "Every single person on social media is always like 'Kourtney's pregnant! Kourtney's pregnant! Kourtney's gained so much weight.'

"It's so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they're actually going through."

Kourtney currently shares Mason, 12, Penelope, nine and seven-year-old Reign with former partner Scott Disick, while Travis Barker is father to daughter Alabama, 15, and son Landon, 18, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Having had a whirlwind romance, with the pair starting to date in December 2020, Kourtney and Travis have gone from strength to strength - even getting engaged in October last year.
