Kim Kardashian deletes social media post after fans spot ‘weird bruises’ on her jaw

Kim Kardashian deletes social media post after fans spot ‘weird bruises’ on her jaw

The video was posted on Kim and her daughter's joint TikTok page

Kim Kardashian fans have been left concerned after the star deleted a video in which viewers spotted a 'weird bruise' on her face.

Viewers spotted the bizarre sight when the 42-year-old appeared in a TikTok video which appeared to have been filmed by her nine-year-old daughter, North, and shared on the mother and daughter's joint TikTok account, @kimandnorth.

The pair regularly share clips of themselves hanging out together and this one initially appeared no different, showing Kim and North sitting in a parked car while Drake's song 'One Dance' played in the background.

North stuck her tongue out to the camera and waved her arms along to the tune while Kim pumped one hand while holding a coffee in the other, but eagle-eyed viewers spotted what appeared to be some sort of bruise along the right hand side of Kim's jawline.

The brownish-purple marks were only visible for a second, and could even just have been a trick of the light, but for whatever reason the pair decided to delete the video shortly after it was originally posted.

As I'm sure Kim knows all too well, though, it's hard to get rid of something once it's been shared online. Though comments are turned off on the star's TikTok page, many concerned viewers raised questions about the blemishes after the TikTok video was re-posted to another account on Instagram.

One person responded to the clip to ask: "What’s going on with the weird bruises on Kim’s jaw?"

Some viewers speculated the spots could be the result of fillers, writing: "I think she had those injections that give you a sharp jawline," while another suggested instead that they had been caused by psoriasis.

Psoriasis is a skin condition which causes flaky patches of skin, which can then go on to form scales. The NHS explains that 'on brown, black and white skin the patches can look pink or red, and the scales white or silvery', and 'on brown and black skin the patches can also look purple or dark brown, and the scales may look grey'.

Though there hasn't been an explanation for why the video was removed from Kim and North's TikTok page, the pair have been busy on the platform in the last few days, posting three videos in one day alone as they enjoyed a trip out to some Halloween festivities and once again sang and danced along to songs.
