Kim Kardashian has expressed her anxiety over ageing, but has admitted it beats the alternative of 'not being here.'
The Kardashians star turns 42 tomorrow (21 October) and as she's no doubt gearing up for some incredible celebrations, here's what she has to say about the process of getting older.
Look, Kim is one of the most photographed women on the planet, and it's no secret that she cares about how she looks.
And that's not a bad thing as in fact, the beauty mogul has built a successful empire out of simply looking flawless constantly.

So, of course, we were interested to hear about her perspective on ageing, as we frantically put on cool eye masks in the hope that they make us look less hungover.
And it turns out it's something she worries about daily, as she told The Cut back in 2019.
She explained that while she was having dinner with 'momager' Kris Jenner for her birthday, the topic of ageing came up.
And she explained that it's something she thinks about 'every single day'.
"It’s obviously about the wisdom. We were having dinner with my mom last night for her birthday. We were talking about the same thing," the Skims creator said.
"There’s a sense of calmness and wisdom you get from life. But it also just sucks. There’s no easy way."
She went on to add that she would also 'take aging over not being here'.
This isn't the first time the star has opened up about ageing as in the past, the star has spoken about the cosmetic procedures she's had and she keeps the whole thing pretty minimal.
In fact, it's very rare for Kim K to go under the needle for her face.
Speaking to Allure, Kim revealed that the only procedures she's had done to her face were 'a little bit of Botox', even adding that she has 'chilled' with it as of late.
Asked about lip and cheek filler, the mum-of-four claimed that she had never touched the stuff: “No filler. Never filled either one, ever."
Adding that the less invasive treatments aren't her thing either, she said: “I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips."
After further questioning on what she had and hadn't had done to her face over the years, the 41-year-old graciously clarified: “I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good.
“I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above."
