Fans are yet again accusing Hailey Bieber of 'copying' Selena Gomez over her latest announcement.

In case you've been living under a rock for the past few months - there's some major buzz online right now regarding the two celebs.

From ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber drama all the way through to the very start of the scandal with a particularly controversial eyebrow lamination procedure, it seems like this recent announcement is only fuelling the fire for fans. Check it out:

Partnering up with HexClad, Hailey is trying out her skills in the kitchen for the brand-new YouTube series.

She announced the official full season launch of the series just yesterday (12 April), sharing with her 2.01 million subscribers her 'signature chicken wing recipe'.

After only premiering for less than 24 hours, the 'whats in my kitchen' cooking video has since racked up dozens of thousands of views.

However, it seems that some fans think there's something shady going on.

Selenators are coming out in their thousands to slam Hailey for her latest project, accusing her of copying Selena's similar work in the past.

The 'Calm Down' singer hosts her own television cooking show, Selena + Chef, which first premiered on HBO Max back in August of 2020.

The synopsis for the streaming cooking show reads: "Singer Selena Gomez brushes up on her cooking skills with the help of master chefs, learning new recipes, and revealing tips and tricks to deal with disaster in the kitchen."

Such 'master chefs' include the likes of Raquelle Stevens, Jamie Oliver and even Gordon Ramsay.

Selena has hosted her own television cooking show, Selena + Chef, since 2020.

Going strong now for four seasons spanning an impressive 40 episodes, it's clear that fans absolutely love to see Selena in the kitchen.

The same fans, however, have picked a huge issue with Hailey now doing the same.

One Twitter user claimed: "Ok if this isn’t proof that she’s copying Selena then idk what is," accompanied with three crying laughing emojis.

"Selena is truly the blueprint," echoed another, "Selena + Chef set the standard for the girls."

A third added: "She doesn’t even hide it at this point."

Fans are convinced that Hailey is directly mimicking Selena.

"She’s trying so hard to be Selena but she’ll never be as good as her," commented a fourth while a fifth penned: "She wishes she could be Selena."

Others, however, were well and truly fed up with the months-spanning ordeal between the two stars.

One Twitter user hit back with: "How are they remotely the same?

"One's a YouTube series, one is on HBO. One has other celeb chefs as guests, one is just making homemade recipes she enjoys. Let’s end this narrative pls we’re all sick and tired at this point."

We sure are.
