Chloe Radford claps back after being mum-shamed online

Chloe Radford hit out at a 'mum-shaming' comment, days after her sister Millie accused their parents of 'making money' off their grandkids

Chloe Radford has hit back after being ‘mum shamed’ while away on her holidays in Disneyland in Florida.

The 27-year-old reality TV star shared a snap of her with her boyfriend and daughter Mila, who they’d surprised with a trip away to the USA thanks to her grandparents Sue and Noel Radford.

The snap, which was taken in the Magic Kingdom, saw young Mila with a massive grin on her face wearing Minnie Mouse ears and a matching dress.

However – because this is the internet – someone had something mean to say about this seemingly wholesome scene.

Noticing that the youngsters cheeks are a bit red – it’s hot in Florida at this time of year – they wrote: "Wee bit of sun cream wouldn't go amiss and a hat."

Here's the picture that started the online fuss.

Brilliant – that’s what they’ve taken away from the picture?

Honestly, where do some people get off?

Thankfully, Chloe was on hand to give them some back, writing: "She has plenty of sun cream on, and also a hat and sunglasses but thank you for your concern."

To be fair to her, it’s quite a measured response to some unsolicited parenting advice from a complete stranger.

It’s been a busy couple of days for Chloe and the Radford family, as just the other day they were in the news because her sister Millie accused their mother and father Sue and Noel of ‘making money’ from their grandchildren.

The 22-year-old shared a response to her own mother – who has 22 kids in total – who had herself shared a video showing their grandkids learning they were off to Florida.

Screenshotting that video, Millie wrote: “Cute? But you've made money from all your grandchildren but choose your favourites.

“Said my piece.”

Millie then accused the older Radfords of leaving her own kids – Ophelia and Chester – out of the Florida holiday, despite them being regular features on the family’s reality TV show 22 Kids and Counting.

Mille went on: "I recall my kids being in the whole 22 Kids and Counting - not a single sight viewing of the rest in there,

"Bare 1 ep."

After that, Sue responded: "Thank you so much for all your comments, the grandkids’ reaction was just so lovely and had us all crying.

“Please could we just not comment on Millie we are on holiday and don’t want all the drama.”

Sue and Noel played down the drama.

In that original video, Sue and Noel told grandchildren Daisy, Ayprill and Leo that they were off on the holiday.

Those kids are the children of their second oldest child Sophie.

Daisy burst into tears during the video, which also saw Noel dressed up as Mickey Mouse for the big reveal.

Sue and Noel are also the grandparents of Millie’s children, Chloe’s daughter Mila, and their son Christopher’s kids Maisie and Jacob.
