Adele has arrived at the Super Bowl to watch Rihanna's Halftime Show

Adele has arrived at the Super Bowl to watch Rihanna's Halftime Show

The 'Easy On Me' singer said the only reason she was going to attend the NFL game was to see Rihanna perform.

Adele has made good on her commitment to go to the 2023 Super Bowl.

But, the 'Easy On Me' singer didn't travel from her home in California to State Farm Stadium in Arizona because she's really into the NFL.

Instead, she's actually just going so she can watch Rihanna's Halftime Show performance.

While there are loads of people who will be tuning into the match for the entertainment at half time, there's only a few who have the A-list status to get there.

Adele revealed recently that she wanted to go to the Super Bowl to witness with her own eyes what Rihanna comes up with.

During one of her Las Vegas residency shows, Adele was asked by a fan whether she was going to the highly anticipated NFL match.

Her response was so brutally Adele.

"I’m going just for Rihanna. I don’t give a flying f**k," she said.

There have been some history-making Halftime Shows in the past and many are expecting the 'Work' singer to pull out all the stops to make hers memorable.

Rihanna's set will be 13 minutes long and she's previously admitted she's gone through dozens of different set lists.

According to Billboard, she said: "That was the hardest, hardest part—deciding how to maximise 13 minutes but also celebrate.

“That’s what this show’s gonna be. It’s gonna be a celebration of my catalog in the best way that we could have put it together.

"You’re trying to cram 17 years of work into 13 minutes…but I think we did a pretty good job of narrowing it down.

"There were probably about 39 version of the setlist right now. We’re on our 39th.

"Every little change counts, whether I want a guitar cut out, something muted, something added or just put in a whole new song, or take out a whole song.”

When she was asked about the potential for fans to hear new music from her soon, she gave a fairly vague answer.

“I’m feeling open to exploring, discovering, creating, things that are new, things that are different, things that are off, weird, might not ever make sense to my fans, you know, the people that know the music that I put out,” she said.

“I just want to play. I want to have fun. I want to have fun with music.”
