You Can Now Buy Sabrina The Teenage Witch's Home

The house from the '90s sitcom is officially up for sale.

If you've ever wanted to live in your fave '90s sitcom, here's your chance as the house from Sabrina the Teenage Witch is up for sale.

The home where we saw the young witch, Sabrina Spellman (Melissa Joan Hart), handle her magical powers and grow up with her two aunts Hilda (Caroline Rhea) and Zelda (Beth Broderick) as well as beloved cat Salem could be your humble abode. But be warned, the price tag is eye-watering.

The house is up for nearly £1.5 million on the website (
Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors/ Century 21)

The Victorian house was spotted on a property listings site where choosing to live your witchy fantasy means being $1,950,000 (£1,421,208.75) out of pocket.

The nearly one and a half million pounds house has a dreamy porch and is located in the New Jersey City of Freehold but has been treated more like an office space so would need your magic touch to make it feel like home!

If you can't quite afford to buy the place, you can rent out a part of it.

The front house is available for $9,750 per month (£7106.04 per month) while the back end of the house can be yours for $3,200 per month (£2332.24 per month).

You could live the life of our fave TV witch, Sabrina Spellman (

On the listings website, the description gives a hint of what to expect: "Totally renovated office building located on E main street right out side of the heart of Freehold Boro's business area. This deal offers two move in ready office/mix use builds with more then ample parking for both builds. The front building is approx 4862 sqft with three finish floors and an extra large attic waiting to be finished.

"This front build features full kitchen, many large offices, and a wrap around front porch/ with four entrance doors to separate offices. The back building is around 2000 sqft and offers two levels with kitchen, about five offices and two bathrooms. Both builds are remodelled but have the old charm that Freehold Boro is known for and people love about being in Boro. Come be part of the Boro."

Hmmmm... so no mention about its nostalgic legacy... but we'd recognise that house from anywhere.

Time to become the neighbourhood witch!
