The 14-part drama sees Simon’s wife, who is brutally murdered so that her heart can be transplanted to Camila, the sick wife of a rich and powerful man.
Simon is subsequently plunged into the dangerous world of organ trafficking in search of revenge but ends up falling in love with Camila, who survived thanks to his wife’s heart.
The Marked Heart came to a head in a shocking cliffhanger, though, when Camila faked her death and fled the country.

Another viewer also appreciated the show’s, cliffhanger: “Why are people asking for a 2nd season?,” they asked.
“In my opinion, they should leave it like that because one thing they’re not gonna do is find a way to give us closure with the mafia, like that’s not gonna happen so what’s the point?”
The Marked Heart is available to stream now on Netflix.
