Netflix's Love Is Blind season 3 starts next month

Good news, reality TV fans - Love Is Blind is officially coming back for a third season, and it's just weeks away.

That's right, just when you thought you'd gotten your fix of Nick and Vanessa Lachey with season two's Love Is Blind: After The Altar reunion, the sickeningly loved-up couple are back with a whole new gang of singletons looking for 'the one'.

Fans were treated to a pretty exciting teaser trailer ahead of the release date and it already looks like it's going to be a wild ride:

Unlike the previous two seasons, which were filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, season three was filmed in Dallas, Texas.

To be fair, there can only be so many people in one city that'd be up for marrying a stranger.

Other than that, not much else is known about the upcoming season just yet, but by the looks of this trailer, the drama will be immense.

We don't really get a look at any of the new contestants' faces, but there are some brief glimpses of the heavy partying, pre-wedding jitters, and floods of tears that the reality series has become known for.

Love Is Blind season three will come just after the highly dramatic Love Is Blind: After The Altar reunion with the cast of season two.

As if the second season of the Netflix series hadn't been wild enough, there were even more fallouts and flings in the reunion special, including a sort-of love triangle between Natalie, Shayne, and Shaina, and a brand new relationship between Kyle and Deepti.

Originally, Kyle had been engaged to Shaina while Deepti was engaged to Shake but, for a number of reasons, neither romance lasted long.

After Kyle and Deepti split from their respective relationships and finished filming, the two decided to give things a go themselves.

In the reunion special, fans were thrilled to see the two stars discussing the prospect of a 'legitimate relationship'.

However, after the episode aired, Kyle and Deepti let fans know that their romance didn't last, and they've since decided to go their separate ways.

Kyle and Deepti aren't the only couple this season who couldn't make it work.

In fact, not one single couple from season two is still together.

By the time the series finale aired, there were four couples hoping to say 'I do'.

When it came down to it, though, only Nick and Danielle, and Jarrette and Iyanna managed to make it down the aisle.

In recent months, though, both couples have announced they've filed for divorce.

So, this season, Nick and Vanessa Lachey have a lot of work to do if they want to prove that this 'social experiment' really works.

Love Is Blind season three will premiere on Netflix on 19 October.
