Love Island's Antigoni Says Adam Sent Her 'Flirty' Message Before Villa Stint

Love Island's Antigoni Says Adam Sent Her 'Flirty' Message Before Villa Stint

Antigoni Buxton might have been dumped from this year's season of the hit dating show, but that didn't stop Adam from trying his luck

This year's season of Love Island has been truly explosive and it's seen the return of one of the show's most memorable past contestants, Adam Collard.

He sent shockwaves through the villa in 2018 when he had multiple women fighting for his attention, and now it's emerged that he sent one of this year's bombshells a flirty message before his return. Watch Zara McDermott's reaction to Adam's return below:

Antigoni Buxton, 26, might have been dumped from this year's season of the hit dating show, but that didn't stop Adam from apparently trying his luck with the singer.

She told OK! Magazine: "There was a photo of me on my friend's Instagram the other day. And he replied to it calling me fit and then followed me!"

But now that he's in the villa, Adam's sights seem to be firmly set on paramedic Paige, 23, who Antigoni believes he won't actually end up with outside the villa.

"You can never predict anything on Love Island but I do think that Jacques has got Paige's heart.

"She'll entertain Adam because she's such a flirt but you can tell she's got something special with Jacques, so I think she'll stick with him," Antigoni said.

"I caught up with him on FaceTime after he'd left and you could just tell he'd had enough."

The dumped islander also opened up about her thoughts on Luca and Gemma's relationship, which hit the rocks last night after he saw what he deemed to be scenes of flirting between her and Billy.

Gemma, however, insisted that she did nothing wrong in Casa Amor.

Antigoni said: "Luca likes Gemma more than she likes him - he's literally obsessed with her!"

She also stuck up for Jacques, who chose to leave the show shortly after Adam's arrival, telling the news outlet that the show's portrayal of him couldn't be further what he's actually like.

"They're depicting him as a laddish rugby boy but he's actually a massive softie and a real sweetheart," she revealed.

"One night when [he and Paige] were forced to stay in separate beds, Jacques set up a pillow on the floor between the two of them so they could keep holding hands!

"I think he just has some emotional growing to do to prove he is good enough for her."

Do you think Adam and Antigoni could have hit it off in the villa if she'd stayed a little longer?
