Following the drama that unfurled because of the Love Island talent show, business owner Davide decided to whip up a dish for his fellow Islanders. Watch below:
The self-described ‘Italian snack’ often cooks up a storm for the folks in the villa, including Ekin-Su, as the pair are frequently seen cooking together.

Davide had all the ingredients ready for a tasty pot of carbonara pasta and the 27-year-old, who is originally from Rome, got out a wooden chopping board for the occasion.
While Davide got busy, viewers with a keen eye for detail spotted an insect crawling across the chopping board and took to Twitter to share their horror.
One horrified Twitter user wrote: “My OCD can’t take the ant running over the chopping board while Davide is cooking”.
Expressing her concern for Davide’s bacon, one viewer tweeted: “Anyone else unnervingly bothered by the fact there was an ant running around all over Davide’s bacon?”
Other Love Island viewers questioned whether their eyes deceived them, with one person asking: “Did I just see a ant running across the chopping board Davide is using?”

Similarly, someone else wrote: “Just saw ant crawling on that chopping board Davide.”
While other Twitter critics found the insect cameo hilarious. “Not the ant running across the chopping board as davide is cutting the pancetta,” said one woman.

After the insect became the latest and hopefully last bombshell of the year, Davide pulled Ekin-Su for a chat about the talent show.

He asked: “Why are you upset?”
Ekin-Su confessed: “We can banter, it’s funny. Some comments just got me a little bit.”
Davide cheekily called out the 27-year-old actor for doing the same thing.
“For sure,” he replied. “You comment some things as well."
After the tumultuous pair shared a chuckle, Davide asked: “Peace?”

Later in the beach hut, Ekin-Su confirmed the pair had made amends. “Look, what can I say? It’s hard to stay angry at the king of carbonara,” she revealed.
However, Ekin-Su is not the only major fan of Davide’s signature dish. Dumped bombshell Jay Younger told the world that he shares a very special connection with Davide’s carbonara.
Although it would look as though Davide's authentic Italian dinner didn't come just from the kindness of his heart. In fact, it is his way of communicating with BFF Jay.
"No one knows this", he tweeted. "But I told Davide to cook carbonara for everyone if he was missing me as a secret message to the outside world."
