The nutritionist took part in the series back in 2010, and had a pretty rough time after viewers voted for her to take part in trials at every opportunity.

In the clip, Gillian is chosen for yet another trial, and faints before Ant and Dec could even explain what was involved.

Bob the medic rushes in, and Gillian is given oxygen to help bring her back to consciousness.

And viewers are calling it the 'best moment' in I'm A Celeb history.

"Ant and Dec holding in their laughter about Gillian is an #imacelebrity highlight," said one.

While another added: "Best Moment in im a celeb history."

"The way the Gillian 'fake' fainting moment, still manages to remain as top tier TV after all of these years: #ImACeleb," said a third.

And a fourth added: "Ant touching Gillian’s ankle when she fainted is the best moment of I’m a Celeb ever."

When Gillian left the jungle, she described her time in camp as like 'being in a horror movie'.

"When I look back at the jungle, it’s like the stuff of nightmares. It was like being in a horror movie, to be honest," she told the Daily Star.

"I honestly think I’m suffering from PTSD. The one trial that sticks out more than the others is the one where I was underground, locked up in chains with rats. That has completely done me in, that is the worst."
