I'm A Celeb Winner Danny Miller Breaks Down On Live TV After Being Reunited With Son

I’m A Celebrity’s newest King of the Castle, Danny Miller, was brought to tears after he was reunited with his newborn son and fiancé on live TV.

Following Sunday night’s grand finale, the Emmerdale star broke down during his interview on ITV’s Lorraine when his loved ones made a surprise appearance.

Danny’s fiancé Steph and seven-week-old son Albert said hello via video link and it was the first time he had seen them since leaving home to enter the castle three weeks ago.

"It's so lovely to see you but we are also joined by your fiancée Steph and your wee baby Albert,” Lorraine said. “Steph, he's seven weeks today?"

Steph replied with a smile: "Yeah he's seven weeks today."

Danny was teared up and covered his mouth as he saw his son for the first time in weeks.

Steph added: “We've missed you so much Danny, we just want you to come home now."

Danny gushed: "Oh darling, I love you so much."

Steph showered Danny with even more love and support: I’m so proud of you. I can't wait to see you later."

I’m A Celeb fans were left in tears last week when Danny received a letter from home from Steph and Albert. Fellow campmate David Ginola read the letter and had to walk away from the camp when he became overcome with emotion. 

In the heartfelt letter, Steph spoke on behalf of the pair’s baby son and viewers at home sobbed when the letter thanked David for looking after Danny in the camp.

“Dear Daddy, it’s Steph and Albert here. He recognises your voice on the telly and looks up at it when he hears you.

“I really think he looks more and more like you every day.”

David became even more emotional when he was mentioned in Danny's letter: “We all love watching your relationship with David blossom. Thank you David for looking after our boy.”

It it was the final line that made the floodgates open. “Finally, remember what I tell you every day, you are strong, you are wise… we feel extra lucky to call you ours.

"You are our daddy, our only daddy, you make us happy when skies are grey. My first ever love and my last.”

We're so glad Danny gets to see his family again IRL soon!
