Love Island's Adam Collard Causes Outrage By Saying Ekin-Su Is 'Punching' With Davide

Love Island's Adam Collard Causes Outrage By Saying Ekin-Su Is 'Punching' With Davide

Viewers were not impressed.

Love Island viewers are not happy with Adam Collard, after he said that Ekin-Su was 'punching' with Davide during Monday (25 July) evening's episode.

The comment was made after Adam, Paige and Luca were having a conversation in the kitchen. Paige told Luca that she thought he was 'punching' in his relationship with Gemma - which didn't go down too well with the fishmonger.

Paige ended up walking away from the conversation, but it was restarted once again as the trio headed over to join other islanders by the pool.

Discussing which other islanders were 'punching', Adam said that he thought Ekin - who was not a part of the conversation - was punching with Davide.

"I think Ekin-Su is punching with Davide," said Adam.

"Davide is a really good looking lad, but Ekin-Su's fiery personality... that can make someone more attractive."

It all started when Paige, Adam and Luca were chatting in the kitchen.

Viewers were not impressed by the comment, with one person writing on Twitter: "Why did adam say ekin is punching has he seen her."

While another said: "How dare Adam say Ekin is punching? Im actually so annoyed at that."

And a third added: "Is adam spinning or what? ekin punching with davide? pardon?"

Meanwhile a fourth commented: "How can Adam say Davide is punching have you seen this babe."

Elsewhere in Monday's episode, fans were in hysterics after Ekin-Su asked the other girls whether they thought the boys 'deserved a blow dry' after making brunch.

Fans will know that the girls have been using 'the beauty salon' as a code for discussing what the couples have been getting up to in the bedroom.

Viewers had only recently learned what the code word 'manicure' really meant, before Ekin suggested whether the boys should be given 'blow dries' for their efforts in making brunch.

The male islanders created smashed avocado on toast, with bacon and poached eggs for the girls at the start of the episode.

And as they were tucking in, Ekin could be heard asking whether they deserved a blow dry.

The answer from the girls was a resounding 'no', but viewers at home were left in hysterics over the conversation.

Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2.
