As all corporate girlies will know, one of the worst things about working in an office is having to sit at your desk in a pair of tight trousers after a big lunch lunch.

But women say they’ve found the perfect ‘anti-bloat’ trousers to solve the problem - and they're only £17.50.

In a viral TikTok video, user @nikkiryanslife described the coveted garment as ‘ultra flattering’, and said she has ‘never had so many views, comments, and messages about an item of clothing’.

It turns out, people in the comments section are just as thrilled with the trousers, with many raving about how 'comfortable' they are - especially if you suffer from period bloat or IBS.

“Oh, these are exactly what I was looking for!” one social media user wrote. “Thanks for helping an IBS girlie to be comfy!”

Another fan added, “I have the navy and grey checked, as well as black and navy. They are so comfortable and look so flattering.”

A third was slightly annoyed that the secret is out, as they wrote: “I’ve been gate keeping these for two years! Nooooooo…”

The trousers shortly sold out after the video landed online, but have since come back in stock due to popular demand, and are selling fast. Got your attention? Find out everything you need to know below.

What’s so good about the M&S Jersey Wide Leg Trousers?

The trousers gaining traction on social media are highly rated for their comfort, style, and affordable price point. Ultimately, it’s all down to the elasticated waistband, which allows for a relaxed fit all day long. They boast a tailored silhouette too, so you can feel smart (yet extremely comfortable) on Zoom calls.

They come in a huge range of sizes depending on your height, such as short, extra short, petite, long, and extra long. There’s also a nice amount of colours up for grabs whether you fancy classic black, navy blue, khaki or charcoal.

But these easy-to-style trousers aren’t the only thing Marks and Spencer has nailed recently. The high street brand has been smashing it over the last few months with countless items going viral on social media - then flying from the shelves as a result. Yes, we’re talking about those brown suede loafers, the utility jacket that screams Barbour, and that cult zip-up jumper. Good luck sticking to your budget out there.
