Women are raving about a body oil that’s ‘the best thing they’ve ever smelled’.

The jasmine-scented dry body oil is from beauty brand NERRĀ, whose range is inspired by ancient bathing rituals – think your favourite spa treatment, in a bottle.

The at-home spa collection launched in December 2023 and is already getting rave reviews, with 97% of users saying their skin was softer after using it.

The Dry Body Oil is garnering rave reviews online.

The brand’s hero product, its Dry Body Oil, is made from eight botanical oils and is designed to absorb quickly without a greasy feel.

Simply spritz and go – there’s no need to wait around for your skin to dry before getting dressed, making it perfect for people with a hectic schedule.

The body oil is designed to be used as the final step in a four-step routine inspired by hamman – an Arabic word used to describe the Roman-inspired public baths, found along the Mediterranean and into North Africa, famous for their four-step bathing practice.

And it’s clearly making waves, with beauty site Byrdie claiming it ‘soaks into the skin in record time’.

The exfoliating glove has been called 'the best mitt I've ever used' by one fan.

Elsewhere in the range, there’s a £21 pre-exfoliating foam designed to lift dead skin cells (a bit like shaving foam) when used alongside the exfoliating body glove set (£23) – one happy customer has described it as ‘by far the best exfoliating mitt I have ever used’.

Follow up with the £29 body wash, designed to hydrate, plump and moisturise before finishing up with the £69 body oil (one fan gushed is the ‘best thing [they’ve] ever smelled’).

Want to go the whole hog? You can buy the whole set for £141, which works out slightly cheaper and comes as a boxed set – perfect for gifting (or just a little treat to yourself)!

What is the four-step body-cleansing ritual?

1. Soak and prepare A traditional hamman treatment begins with ‘a steamy soak in hot water – either a bath or a shower will do – to help relax muscles and open pores’

2. Exfoliate Historically, green soap made from olive oil would be used to unbind dead skin cells

3. Purify and hydrate This usually takes the form of a full-body clay mask which helps to pull impurities out of the skin

4. Nourish After cleaning and exfoliating, it’s important to moisturise to make sure skin isn’t left parched

The products also come as a set, coming in at £141 for the collection.

Clearly a fan of the range, one customer wrote: “My dry skin has improved tremendously. My skin is softer and I can no longer see any dryness.”

Another called it a 'spa-like experience at home', while one said it had cleared up the ‘chicken skin bumps’ on her arms.

NERRĀ is currently offering free US shipping on orders over $100 and complimentary returns.
