A TikToker has revealed a hack to unlocking an iPhone without a passcode or face ID.

You can watch the video below:

In the video, the user can be seen asking his friend to try and unlock the phone, by entering a code on his calculator - and we are so shocked!

The man begins by telling his mate to swipe down covering his face ID, before turning off wifi, bluetooth and data.

He then asks him to turn on aeroplane mode, open his calculator, and turn the phone sideways, before typing a special sequence and finally, swiping up.

And viewers were astonished when the phone then appeared to be totally unlocked! Of course, it's worth noting that the hack should only be used in emergency situations.

The user showed his friend how to unlock the phone (

One wrote: "OMG it worked."

Meanwhile another said: "No way it actually worked."

And a third added: "It worked. I cannot believe it worked."

The Turgor Test can indicate how hydrated you are (

Dr Karan Raj - aka @dr.karanr on TikTok - responded to another TikTok user who claimed it works by pinching the skin at the middle point of the finger.

Dr Raj explained that while he wasn't sure if the user's method was accurate on the knuckle, the principle behind the skin pinch test is correct.
