Prince William and Kate Middleton have been accused of 'forcing' families from their homes as they announced a very unexpected move with their family.
For those not in the loop, it's been recently revealed that the Prince and Princess of Wales - along with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis - are moving homes later this year from Adelaide Cottage to a brand-new property after living in their previous abode since 2022.
The news marks a pretty major royal family first as the upcoming move means that William and Kate will be the first monarchs not to live in a palace or castle when the future king does eventually succeed his father, King Charles III.
But, it would appear as if quite a lot of work has gone on behind the scenes in getting the sprawling residence ready for the family-of-five - including sorting out the neighbours.

After a challenging 18 months that have seen Kate deal with a cancer diagnosis and treatment, they have now decided to change things up.
A royal source has told the BBC: "Windsor has become their home. However, over the last few years, while they have lived at Adelaide Cottage, there have been some really difficult times.

"Moving gives them an opportunity for a fresh start and a new chapter."
The source added: "It's an opportunity to leave some of the more unhappy memories behind."
William and Kate are now set to move into the eight-bedroom Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park, a property which they are keen on being their 'forever home', which means it will be where they all plan to live as a family when the two parents become King and Queen.

The 328-year-old lodge sits in a quiet part of the 4,800-acre estate and offers views over both Berkshire and London - the former of which Kate will no doubt be happy about, given that she's previously described nature as her 'sanctuary'.
Renovations at the Grade II-listed house have already begun and will reportedly be funded by the couple as the cost will not come from the Sovereign Grant, which provides state funding for the monarchy.
Similar to their set-up at their four-bedroom Adelaide Cottage, it is reportedly believed that the family will not have any live-in staff as they want to be able to create as private a family home as possible.

The newly announced move could come about as soon as Christmas, with the family said to be looking forward to creating many happy memories in their new home, as per the BBC.
"They were told to move out," a royal insider reportedly told the Daily Mail this weekend. "I guess they were given somewhere else, but they were told they had to move."

However, Tyla understands no eviction notices have been served.
The insider added: "They were not expecting it.
"Those houses are very close to the lodge, so they’re not going to want any Tom, Dick or Harry living in those houses if there are going to be royals there."
Such reports have not been officially confirmed by the Royal Family.
Tyla has reached out to Kensington Palace for comment.
