Body language expert reveals clue in Prince Harry’s face that shows his true feelings in latest public appearance with Meghan

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made a video appearance at an online safety conference in Colombia at the weekend

Following a joint video appearance at the Global Ministerial Conference on Violence Against Children in Colombia this weekend - alongside wife Meghan Markle - one body language has made some pretty damning observations about Prince Harry's 'true feelings'.

The event (8 November) marked the Duke and Duchess of Sussexes first joint public appearance together in almost two months.

A clip played at the vital South American conference saw the couple discussing the importance of online safety for children, speaking directly into the camera for a joint speech.

You can watch it here and see what you think of their body language:

Father-of-two Harry - who shares son Archie, five, and daughter Lilibet, three, with wife Meghan - was speaking on behalf of their non-profit The Archewell Foundation.

He stressed in his speech 'the urgency to reassess and redefine our approach to protecting children'.

However - despite their inspiring message - one human behaviour expert believes they've unpacked how the father-of-two really feels to be out and about on official business with his other-half once again.

Speaking to Tyla today on behalf of SpinGenie, body language professional Darren Stanton immediately made a comparison between the couple's latest appearance and their previously public attendances, picking up one 'clue' in the Prince's face.

"Harry has been quite relaxed in recent appearances, such as at The Invictus Games, where we’ve seen him on his own," he began.

"Here, his face is red, his eyebrows are together, and he seems quite tense, which we can tell as his shoulders are up here."

Stanton added that the 40-year-old's facial expression is 'quite far removed from the Harry we've seen on his own' of late.

And by the sounds of things, Meghan, 43, also doesn't sound too thrilled to be conducting official public business.

"Meghan and Harry look a bit tense in the short segment we see," Stanton continued.

"You can see an increased blink rate from the Duchess of Sussex. This doubles quite quickly, suggesting she is mindful of how she's coming across in this appearance."

He continued: "While Harry and Meghan aren’t being particularly tactile, with no handholding, they are still standing close together and putting on a unified front.

"There's a minimal distance between them. Their smiles are a bit cautious and they come across more stoic than usual here."

The human body-reader added that viewers can also see a 'sudden shift in emotion' in the former Suits actress, touching on a 'quite sombre' mood being exhibited.

"But they’re likely being careful not to exaggerate their emotions either way."
