In a heartwarming new interview, Prince Harry has opened up about the unexpected lessons that fatherhood has afforded him.
The Duke of Sussex appeared on the Joe Marler Will See You Now podcast this week, where he caught up with the rugby star about all things dad.
As a reminder, Harry, 41, shares two children with his former Suits actress wife, Meghan Markle, whom he wed in 2018. The couple share a son, Prince Archie, seven, and a five-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet.
Marler, meanwhile, shares four children, Jasper, Maggie, Felix, and Pixie, with his wife, Daisy.

After the two had chatted about sports, work and Harry's life in the States - where he fled to with Meghan in 2020 when the couple resigned from their royal responsibilities - conversation turned to the fact they share parenthood in common.

"So you're 36, you've got four kids," Harry told Marler. "Yeah. Um, and, you, you lean on your kids."
The sportsman then replied: "Well, I learn from them, in the sense that they're way more resilient, like, they've learned - they've taught me to be more resilient. Yeah, in the sense of their ability to fall down, hurt themselves, and then move on.
"It's like a next-job mentality that they've got."
In full agreement, the Prince then gushed: "Yes, I think you're absolutely right. And also, kids remind you not to take yourself too seriously, as well. Sure.
"But I think, yes, the resilience of kids is amazing, and the way that they view life is so incredibly refreshing. And if a day is hard, one thing I will do is always squeeze my kids that extra, extra tight."

The Traitors star Marler then asked Harry: "Do you ever have that moment where you love your kid so hard, in that moment, like, 'I love you so much I want to pop your head off?' Do you know what I mean?
"Like, that feeling, 'Oh, I just want to', but in the nicest way."
Following a rib-tickling pause and an 'Umm...' from Harry, Marler then joked: "I've overshared. Cool, moving on. Safe space, safe space, safe space."
Reassuring him, Harry then chimed in again: "I get it, I'm not going to agree to it. I, I, yes, I want, no, yeah, yes to the hugging like, 'Oh, I want to hug you so much', not to the point where the head pops off, though."
