The Duchess of Sussex has inadvertently sparked a bonkers online theory amongst critics this week by sharing a Mother's Day celebration snap.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday (11 May), Meghan posted a photograph alongside her two beautiful children who she shares with Prince Harry.
In the image, the 43-year-old could be seen holding both Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, three, tightly in her arms as the trio stood the garden of what is presumably their Montecito, California home.

"Happy Mother’s Day! Cheers to juggling it all with joy!" Meghan captioned the picture. "And to these two gems - who still attempt to climb 'mama mountain', smother me with kisses, and make every day the most memorable adventure… being your mom is the greatest privilege of my life."
The former Suits actress concluded her post by writing: "I, too, 'love you more than all the stars in all the sky, all the raindrops, and all the salt on all the french fries in all the world'."
Though the children's faces were obscured in Meghan's Instagram upload - as has been the case with all images of the Sussex children in the years since their respective births - this didn't stop the photo triggering mass discussion online.

And oddly, one specific detail seems to have set tongues wagging most aggressively - Archie's big toe.
The youngster's digits don't appear particularly poignant upon a first glance, but some eagle-eyed viewers have been honing in on the largest, believing it may have been photoshopped as a means of prompting discussion.
Re-sharing Meghan's Mother's Day upload on X (formerly Twitter), one critic asked their followers: "Are we all now ignoring Archie’s toe?"
"Serious question… Is this from editing the picture or is there something wrong with his toe?" another said.

A third also mentioned the toe, whilst pointing out a discrepancy when it comes to the children's famously red hair.
"No one seems to have mentioned Archie’s very strange digital big toe?" they wrote. "Of course hair colour is different and Lili is a foot taller with different hair too…but that big toe…what were they photoshopping?!"
Another continued: "The toe looks like a nose. Add the limbs of a 7 year old on Lili and Archie's now black hair and tawny skin...Someone make it stop!"

Others focused on the Sussex kids' hair entirely, seemingly perplexed by the notion that different lighting settings might cause their locks to appear different shades of auburn.
"Everybody was talking last week about their red hair whilst picking roses and today’s Mother’s Day photo, neither do," one critic penned. "Even in the shade, it would still appear lighter than brown."
Another insisted: "Her hair changed colour."
A third questioned: "And what about Archie’s hair? Coarse, thick, curly and red… to black and dead straight."
