A lesser-known relative of Prince William has announced that she is now engaged, sharing happy pics with her husband-to-be on Instagram.
Royal fans have been deprived of a wedding for quite some time, but it seems another is most definitely on the cards, after Lady Marina Windsor shared snaps of her engagement ring on Sunday (8 June).
Prince William and Kate Middleton tied the knot in 2011, and his brother Prince Harry made the same move with Meghan Markle in 2018.

Of course, a whole lot has happened following those two occasions, so it could be interesting to see who gets an invite to Lady Marina's wedding.
The royal, 32, shared a sweet picture of her and fiancé, Nico Macauley, showcasing her princess-cut stone, which appears to be an onyx surrounded by diamonds.
She simply captioned the announcement: "Very happy!"

The lesser-known royal is the third cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry, and is the granddaughter of the Duke and Duchess of Kent.
The couple have been together for two years, and it's unknown how quickly they are likely to make things official.
Fellow royals left their well wishes in the comments of the post, including her model sister, Lady Amelia Windsor, who said: "Yippeeee!"
Their brother, Edward Windsor, added: "So the hazing begins."

Cousins Zenouska Mowatt and Flora Vesterberg also shared their excitement, as they noted: "Love youuuuuu my babes," and "Love you! Happiest news xx," respectively.
It's not the only snap Lady Marina has shared of the two in recent times, as she posted some snippets from a recent trip to Ireland.

Before she was confirmed into the Catholic Church in 2008, Lady Marina was 25th in line to the throne.

However, as per protocol, a Catholic cannot become the monarch.
The newly engaged royal is a philanthropic executive at The Big Give, a non-profit charity which provides funding for other charities.
Her husband-to-be, Macaulay, is a graduate of Newcastle University, and now works as an account executive at a cloud security company.
And while Lady Marina might be one of the lesser-known members of the family, people may have previously spotted her on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, as she has made a few appearances.

However, she wasn't present on the famous balcony for the King's coronation, as she is technically not a 'working member' of the family.
