King Charles warned against offering ‘helping hand’ to two unexpected royals who could make major public appearance

The King has apparently been made aware of a 'huge problem' that would arise with two royals at a key event this weekend (14 June)

King Charles has been advised about who should make an appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for Trooping the Colour this weekend (14 June), as two unexpected royals could cause problems.

Any appearance from the royal family on the balcony of the palace is a huge deal - no matter the occasion.

It's a rare occurrence, and a lot of thought goes into who exactly deserves their place in the spotlight.

Since becoming the monarch, King Charles has kept the appearances for his immediate family only, who happen to be the working members of 'the firm'.

But questions have been raised surrounding two other 'unexpected' royals joining the balcony, ahead of the King's official birthday celebrations this Saturday (14 June).

Thousands of spectators are expected to flood the Mall to celebrate, and more than 1,400 soldiers, 200 horses, and 400 musicians come together to make the day what it is.

The procession with the royal family is scheduled to depart from Buckingham Palace at approximately 10am, with the RAF flypast expected to take place at 1pm.

Despite Charles usually reserving the balcony for this closest family, a royal commentator has warned that in the event he changed his mind, it cause 'huge problems'.

Rumours that Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie could make an appearance have been circulating, after its been suggested that Prince William would make them 'working members' of the family, should he become the Monarch.

But Royal expert, Richard Fitzwilliams, has warned why the change in status for Beatrice and Eugenie would 'send the wrong message'.

One of the major problems is that they are the daughter's of Prince Andrew, who withdrew from public life in 2019 following Jeffrey Epstein-related allegations.

Speaking to GB News, the expert said: "It would bring into focus the fact that Andrew does not appear, and anything to do with him is still too toxic.

"Unfortunately for Yorks, there is a problem, a huge problem, and it would send a message that would not be appropriate at the moment."

He added that way the royals behave on the balcony is always closely 'noted', and has been an 'iconic' symbol of unity since the reign of Queen Victoria.

Appearances from Beatrice and Eugenie at such a high level would 'bring the debate back' on their father, which the royals would like to presumably avoid - despite Andrew being the King's younger brother.
