Kris Jenner's 70th birthday bash has been the talk of the town since last week.

Last Wednesday (5 November), a shedload of A-listers attended the famous momager's birthday bash over the weekend with some celebs on the guest list, including Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey, Mariah Carey, Mark Zuckerberg, and Adele - to name a handful.

However, it was the attendance of the Duke of Sussex and his wife, Meghan Markle, who really caught the attention of people online after they were papped enjoying themselves at the lavish bash.

It didn't take long for birthday girl Kris and her daughter Kim Kardashian to take to Instagram and share several snaps of themselves enjoying the festivities with various guests, with Harry and Meghan featuring in a few.

Kris' post included a snap of her posing with Harry and Meghan, while Kim uploaded a picture of herself posing with Meghan.

However, the posts were subsequently quietly 'deleted' from their pages.

This prompted fans to rush online to share their theories on the possible reason, with many speculating that the reality TV stars deleted the pictures to stop the trolls' comments, or perhaps even at the couple's request.

One X user wrote: "Probably because they saw H/M getting attacked by hyper obsessed psychos."

While a second pointed out: "The dislike for H&M is real. H&M go to a party for PR, one wears a poppy, one doesn't but they both get criticised for their different choices. Then H&M are mocked for being in photos w/K&K & for K&K removing the photos."

And a third questioned: "Maybe couple asked not to be posted??"

Someone else commented: "They often do or ask to mute the comments as they don’t like the comments. Meghan never allowed comments on her Instagram, for example."

"Maybe because trolls were making nasty comments," agreed another, with a final X user agreeing: "Maybe there was a lot of hate and didn’t want that you ever thought about that."

The reason behind the decision has now reportedly been revealed.

According to PEOPLE, the royal pair didn't agree to have photos of them taken inside the party shared, and checked 'no' on a photo consent form.

The James Bond-themed birthday celebration was held at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos's Beverly Hills mansion on Saturday (8 November).

A source previously told PEOPLE that Meghan and Harry 'arrived hand-in-hand and looked very happy' at the fancy do.

"Meghan was glowing in a black wrap-style dress that showed off one leg. She looked very glamorous and fit the theme perfectly. Harry looked sharp in a tuxedo with a poppy for Remembrance Day," they added.

Tyla has previously contacted a representative for Kris and Kim for comment.
