Man made eerily accurate Trump and Iran prediction one year before it actually happened

Professor Jiang Xueqin posted a YouTube video in May that predicted Trump would become president again, as well as the Iran conflict

Move over Nostradamus and Baba Vanga, it seems there’s a new mystic in town.

People have been left astonished after a man seemingly made an eerily accurate prediction about Donald Trump and Iran, a whole year before it unfolded.

But, rather than claiming to be a mystic who knows exactly what will happen in the future, this professor instead uses patterns and facts to try and guess what could go down.

In May 2024, Professor Jiang Xueqin, who is a historian, educator and writer, made a YouTube video guessing not only that Trump would become president again, but also that the US would enter into conflict with Iran.

Essentially, Xueqin’s YouTube channel is called ‘Predictive History,’ and while it sounds contradicting, it just means looking at patterns in historical and transactional data to provide forecasts of future scenarios.

And it looks like he’s getting things pretty spot on.

One of his videos, titled ‘Geo-Strategy #8: The Iran Trap’ has already racked up more than 800,000 views and made its way around social media.

In the video, which was filmed six months before Trump was elected for a second term, the professor already saw it coming.

He said: “It’s very likely that Trump will become President of the United States again in November and he will pick Nikki Haley as his VP.”

While he was wrong about who the Vice President would be, as Trump would go on to choose JD Vance, he did go on to explain how war with Iran could be a real possibility.

He explained: “In a second Trump term, war with Iran would be a major priority”, and "If the US military refuses to go to war, then the war can't happen."

Xueqin added: “Even though there are these forces that want war with Iran, ultimately it's the US military that must implement this war.”

The hour-long video goes on to delve into exactly how it would happen, and while it’s not all 100% correct, some of the similarities are eerily right.

In the caption of the lecture, he wrote that ‘an American invasion of Iran would be a catastrophic mistake’.

Xueqin continued: “If Trump were to win a second term, he would likely contemplate invading Iran.

“While an initial invasion would seem successful, American forces would quickly become bogged down in Iran's mountainous terrain.”

He guessed: “The American invasion would be similar to Athens' invasion of Sicily in 415 BCE, as described in Thucydides' The Peloponnesian War.

“Despite its initial successes, the Athenians couldn't re-supply themselves, and their entire expedition was wiped out.

“This disastrous defeat turned the war in Sparta's favour, and spelled the downfall of the Athenian empire. Could the American empire in Iran suffer the same fate as the Athenian empire in Sicily?”

His dates may be slightly off as he said in the video that Trump would be likely to announce the war in March 2027 but the conflict has come around quicker than that.

However, people are still mind blown by the whole concept of predictive history and Xueqin’s video.

Sharing it to X (formerly Twitter), one user wrote: “This guy predicted a year ago that Trump would win the 2024 election and attack Iran, instigated by Netanyahu.

“Bro teaches the history even before the actual events happen. Very very insightful.”

Someone else replied: “Damn, that's some next-level prophetic s***. Can't wait to see what's next.”

And another added: “How could anyone have predicted it wowwwwwww lmao.”

On the comments of the YouTube video, people added: “Bro is so accurate that he's teaching history before events even happen” and “1 year old video. Yet the content is surprisingly relevant and insightful today.”

Another chimed in with: “When a guy predicts developments with this level of accuracy you know you don't want to miss his current lectures. Subscribed and binge watching to catch up.”
