Natalie Harp has been photographed pretty much everywhere with Donald Trump of late.
She spent the past few years moving from conservative media personality to one of the most trusted figures around the President, and recently made headlines thanks to her letters of devotion to him.
The Californian is rarely far from the president’s side, with her estranged brother, Preston Harp, even telling the Daily Mail that her relationship with Trump is ‘very unhealthy’, adding ‘she's just like his fan club’.
CNN recently reported that Harp even allegedly travelled in trunk of an SUV to go to court with Trump, as there was no room for her inside the vehicle.

So who is the President’s right hand woman, and why is she so devoted?
Here’s everything we know about Natalie Harp.

Early life and cancer diagnosis
Harp was born in 1991, making her 35 years old.
She grew up in California and graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2012, before earning an MBA from Liberty University in 2015.
Her public profile changed dramatically after she was diagnosed with stage two bone cancer.
She credits Trump’s 2018 Right to Try legislation with helping her access experimental treatment.
Her story caught the attention of conservative media and Trump himself.
She appeared on Fox News, and was subsequently invited to speak at the 2020 Republican National Convention.
Harp told Trump: “I wouldn’t be alive today if it wasn’t for you.”
“When I failed the chemotherapies that were on the market, no one wanted me in their clinical trials,” she alleged.
“They didn’t give me the right to try experimental treatments, Mr. President. You did, and without you, I’d have died waiting for them to be approved.”
She also wrote in a LinkedIn post: “My oncologist didn’t tell me I had other options,” she said. “Donald Trump did … Now my numbers are stabilizing and so is my pain.”
After she was invited on Fox News to talk about it, Trump saw her on there and posted online: "Natalie Harp, fighting Stage 2 Cancer and doing really well, was a GREAT guest on Fox. Right To Try is producing some truly spectacular results. Proud of Natalie!”

Working for Trump
She and her mother later moved from California to West Palm Beach, Florida, living only a few miles from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
In 2020, Harp joined One America News Network, and regularly spoke in favour of Trump.
She left OANN in 2022 and began working directly for him.
Her official job title is 'Special/Executive Assistant to the President' and she is reported to be on a salary of $150,000.
According to The Guardian, she is responsible for coming up with some of Trump's Truth Social posts, and logs in as him to share them.
However, according to several media outlets she has also been given the unflattering nickname of 'the human printer', as she reportedly follows the President around with a portable printer and a battery pack, handing him hard copies of information, which is apparently his preferred method.
It also raised eyebrows when she was one of very few people chosen to join Trump, when he was forced to secretly swap planes in Turkey following an assassination threat.
Harp joined him on the military plane, while other staff and journalists stayed on the decoy Air Force One.
However, an acquaintance of hers told the press anonymously this week: “Nobody questioned [deputy chief of staff] Dan Scavino being on the military plane but frankly Natalie is a lot more capable than Dan Scavino in a lot of areas."
"She is beautiful by any definition and because of that people don’t understand how intelligent, articulate, loyal, trustworthy and engaged she is with politics.”

"You are all that matters to me”
Letters of devotion from Harp made headlines after they were revealed in a new book, says the New York Times, written by Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan, called: Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump.
She wrote them in 2023, and reportedly left them in 'personal spaces' for the president, with one note claiming "You are all that matters to me."
Another note stated: “I don’t ever want to let you down,” while calling Trump her “Guardian and Protector in this Life.”
She also wrote: “I want to bring you joy, to feel like we can get through a day without ever having to talk ‘work.’”
Her brother, Preston Harp, said she seems to see Trump as a 'father figure', in addition to his comments about their relationship being 'very unhealthy'.
He told The Daily Beast: “I think that she does see Trump as a kind of father figure because he embodies the doctrine of American exceptionalism.”
White House defence of Harp
White House spokesperson Kush Desai told The Independent: "Natalie Harp is a beloved White House Official, and the Fake News Media will never understand what it’s like to be as trusted and admired as her.”
Another representative, Davis Ingle said in a statement, “Natalie Harp is one of the most loyal and hardest working aides on President Trump's team.”
Desai added: "No president has cultivated as much loyalty among their staffers and administration officials as President Trump; this is a testament to his commitment to our country and its people."
Speaking about his Truth Social use, he insisted: "No President has used social media as effectively as President Trump, who has formed a direct line of communication to the American people. The Fake News Media hates being cut out, but the American people appreciate directly hearing from their president."
Tyla has reached out to the White House for comment.
