It's been four days since Elon Musk reunited with political 'frenemy' Donald Trump, and still, one element of his White House visit has kept tongues wagging for all the wrong reasons.
The tech boss joined the likes of Apple CEO Tim Cook, Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo (and his fiancé Georgina Rodríguez), and a number of Trump admin officials - including First Lady, Melania Trump - for an elaborate black-tie dinner on Tuesday evening (18 Nov).
The high-profile get-together also fell in line with a visit from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Musk's controversial attendance marked his first visit to the presidential residence since stepping down from his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) role back in April - a move which resulted in a pretty heated online row with 79-year-old Trump.

By the looks of things, however, the billionaire pair have since let bygones be bygones, and Musk, 40, received an exclusive invite to the right-wing soiree.
A snap later shared online by tech founder and investor David Sacks shows the Tesla CEO posing in line with a number of fellow entrepreneurs.
As we say, however, one aspect of the photograph has caused quite the stir online - the apparent size of Musk's feet.
Looking closely at the image, not only were onlookers immediately caught off guard by the fact he opted to wear sneakers for a black-tie banquet, but the sheer length of the shoes.
So much so, that some questioned on social media whether they could have possibly been generated for the photo using AI.
Poking fun at the father-of-13, one X (formerly Twitter) user jibed: "Elon Musk comes from a long family of clowns. He’s got some big shoes to fill."
Another simply questioned: "What’s up with Elon Musk’s shoes?"

Attempting to offer an explanation, a third user explained: "The reason you can’t find the type of shoes Elon Musk was wearing yesterday at the dinner with Trump is because they are custom SpaceX."
"It's the first thing I noticed," a fourth jibed of his elongated footwear: "Who believes what they say about men with big feet?? (Nope don't think so with eLong)." Along the same lines, another critic wrote: "Wearing shoes that are way too big for you is the male equivalent of stuffing your bra."
Musk also came under fire following the festivities, after lip reader, Nicola Hickling accused him of asking a fellow attendee if bin Salman was a 'terrorist' during dinner. "What is your opinion, is he a terrorist?" he allegedly asked Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla.
It didn't take long, however, for Musk to shut down these claims, insisting he was actually talking about cancer drugs.

For reference, Pfizer works in pharmaceuticals and develops cancer treatment medication.
"False, I was asking about upcoming cancer drugs," he hit back online.
Tyla reached out to the representatives of Elon Musk and Nicola Hickling for comment.
