Donald Trump has left people seriously baffled by his latest rant about water, dishwashers and showers during a press conference on Tuesday.
The bizarre comments came after the American President, 79, flew to the Everglades in Florida to visit his new migrant detention facility, dubbed 'Alligator Alcatraz'.
For those not up to date, around 3,000 migrants are expected to be held at the facility as part of the Republican leader’s crackdown on illegal immigration. Located in swampland, his brutal plans for the detention centre include that it will be surrounded by alligators, crocodiles, and pythons, meaning those inside can’t escape.

After unveiling the prison, Trump went slightly off topic during the press conference that followed while visiting the Sunshine State. While boasting about the amount of executive orders he signed since becoming president, he trailed off into a long speech about water pressure.
He talked about the executive order he signed back in April to end the restrictions Barack Obama and Joe Biden put on water pressure and ‘make America's showers great again’.
For years, Trump has made it known that the water pressure in US showers and sinks is a personal bugbear of his, and has blamed federal water-conservation standards for the issue. Returning to this long-running topic during Tuesday’s press conference, he delved into a confusing rant that has left people baffled.
He told reporters: “You buy a house, you have a faucet in the house, and the water doesn't come out. They have a restrictor in areas where you have so much water; they don't know what to do with it.

“You have a shower head, the shower doesn't - you think it's not working, it is working. The water is dripping out. That's no good for me. I like that head nice and wet.”
The president continued: “You have to stand in the shower for 20 minutes before you get the soap out of your hair. It sounds funny but it’s really not, it’s horrible.
“When you wash your hands you turn on the faucet and the water barely comes out. This was done by crazy people and I wrote it all off and got it approved in congress so they can’t just change it.”
Trailing off, he went on to talk about washing machines and complained about the amount of water that’s used, comparing it to a quarter of a bottle.

Holding up his own water bottle, he exclaimed: “Washing machines - they give you like a quarter of this bottle to do your clothing and people need ten of these bottles.”
He then made the puzzling comment that water ‘comes down from heaven’ before talking about how he made the decision to bring black plastic straws.
“We have so much [water] we don’t know what to do with it. It comes down from heaven right? I approved all of that, washing machines, the whole thing,” he added.

“All of that stuff has been written off, it sounds crazy. The straw, I let you go back to a plastic straw. I was tired of having straws melt in my mouth. It wasn’t working, the paper wasn’t working.”
Understandably, social media users have been quick to respond to the mind-boggling moment, taking to X (formerly Twitter) to share their thoughts.
One user wrote: “What in the absolute world is going on here? Thats not even how washing machines (public) work. But wait, when is the first and last time he had to wash some clothes in his entire life?”

Another quipped: “What on earth is he going on about” with a third adding: “This dude hasn’t washed anything his whole life and it shows.”
Meanwhile, a fourth joked: “I don’t want to take laundry advice from someone that’s never done a load of laundry in his life.”
However, not everyone was in agreement and some people did rush to defend Trump and his water pressure policies.
One user admitted: “I don’t agree with him on much but he’s right about the washing machines and dishwashers the old ones work better.”
A second chimed in with: “It is the little things that matter! I'd love for my washing machine to have enough water to do a normal load of laundry.”
