In a shocking twist of fate, Donald Trump has called for legal action to be taken against Queen Bey herself, amongst a plethora of other music stars.
Taking to Truth Social on Saturday night (26 Jul), the US President accused Beyoncé of having accepted an eight-figure sum from Kamala Harris' team last year, as part of the Democrat's former electoral campaign.
The 79-year-old's claims come after publicly funded financial records released recently did show that funds had been spent by the Democratic party on inviting celebrity endorsers to rallies and events.
It was later confirmed following an investigation by The New York Times, however, that these payments had gone to support staff and production costs, as opposed to being given to the stars themselves.

According to The New York Times, the spending spree averaged at around $100 million per week.

That being said, Trump angrily hit out this week: "I’m looking at the large amount of money owed by the Democrats, after the Presidential Election, and the fact that they admit to paying, probably illegally, Eleven Million Dollars to singer Beyoncé for an ENDORSEMENT (she never sang, not one note, and left the stage to a booing and angry audience!)."
The Republican then went on to name-drop a number of other celebs, adding: "Three Million Dollars for 'expenses,' to Oprah, Six Hundred Thousand Dollars to very low rated TV ‘anchor,’ Al Sharpton (a total lightweight!), and others to be named for doing, absolutely NOTHING!"

"These ridiculous fees were incorrectly stated in the books and records."
Trump continued: "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO DO SO. Can you imagine what would happen if politicians started paying for people to endorse them.
"All hell would break out! Kamala, and all of those that received Endorsement money, BROKE THE LAW. They should all be prosecuted!"
Last year, Beyoncé joined the likes of Lady Gaga and Katy Perry at one of 60-year-old Harris' rallies, where she made a speech centring on the politician's focus on reproduction rights.

Whilst speaking, the Grammy-winning star personally approved Harris' use of her track 'Freedom', from her 2016 album Lemonade, for her official anthem campaign in July.
In the month afterwards, during every public appearance, the former VP would walk out to the same empowering number.
The song was also used for Harris' first presidential campaign video, during which she can be seen asking her followers, 'What kind of country do we want to live in?', to which they reply, 'We choose freedom.'

In August, Beyoncé simultaneously issued the now-President with a cease-and-desist letter, according to reports, following the posting of a video of Trump getting off a plane as 'Freedom' played over the top (via NME).
The musician, 43, is yet to publicly respond to Trump's prosecution claims.
Tyla has contacted Beyoncè's representatives for comment.
