You can find all sorts on eBay, though one woman was shocked when she stumbled across a listing that appeared to be for First Lady Melania Trump's wedding dress - which she wore to marry the current president.
Melania's extravagant Christian Dior by John Galliano gown from her January 2005 wedding to President Donald Trump is listed for $45,000 (or best offer), a good deal less than the $100k she reportedly paid for it at the time.
Writer Liana Satenstein informed her "Neverworns" Substack subscribers on Tuesday (25 March) that the couture dress seemed to be available to purchase on eBay.
It's apparently only been worn twice, once by Melania and once by the seller for her own wedding.

How did it end up being on eBay? Well apparently the seller bought it directly from the First Lady in 2010 for $70,000.
Though the listing boasts that the dress 'had more than 500 hours worth of hand-sewn crystal beading Swarovski crystals were used with a 13-foot train', it's so far failed to entice buyers and has been sitting on eBay since January.
Perhaps that's because people suspect the dress might not be genuine, with a source telling WWD the listing isn't actually for Melania's dress, which is still in Mar-a-Lago in her possession.
The seller admits she's made a fair few changes to the dress, writing in the eBay listing: "Because Melania trump was a size 0-2 I had to have this dress made a little bigger as I was a size 4-6.
"I added a new layer of satin to the bottom of the dress and a few more embroidery pieces on the top, plus there was a new layer of fabric that was added to the back of the dress and straps as my chest is much bigger then Melania."
Mrs Trump wore the dress along with the matching 16-foot-long veil on the cover of Vogue in February 2005, shortly after the couple's wedding in Palm Beach.
The lavish gown was crafted from 300 feet of white duchesse satin and hand-embroidered with crystal beading.
A whole bunch of A-listers attended the couple's wedding, including Bill and Hillary Clinton (yes, really), Katie Couric, and Shaquille O'Neal.
The current POTUS proposed to the former model in April 2004, six years after they began dating, and the couple welcomed their son Barron Trump, now 19, in March 2006.
Since his father entered the Oval Office for his second term, Barron Trump has been pushed into the spotlight more than ever.
The 19-year-old isn't hard to miss, as he towers above his father at six foot seven, but he's kept a largely quiet life and isn't one for public speaking like Donald Trump.
Their son is currently a freshman at New York University.
