Mrs Hinch fans have flooded her with an outpouring of support after she shared a series of throwback snaps from when she was younger.

The online cleaning guru - real name Sophie Hinchcliffe - was inspired to post a video montage after sorting through her photo albums with her son, Ronnie.

Candidly reminding viewers that "glow ups" didn't necessarily equal confidence boosts, the Instagram blogger shared an important mental health message as images of herself flashed up on the screen.

The first picture was of the social media star as a baby, staring adorably at the camera, then pictures of Sophie as a teenager and a young adult appeared before morphing into her today, with her blonde locks and perfect makeup.

"Yes this is me in each photo guys," she wrote. "I've been looking at my photo albums tonight and it got me thinking ... The image may change but truth be told, if anything, I feel less confident now than I did back then.

"Don't be fooled by these "glow ups" guys. Please don't focus on anything other than whats inside, because that's all that really matters."

She went on: "Without feeling happy on the inside, no amount of 'glowing up' on the outside will help, Trust me on that one."

The internet sensation also shared a string of snaps on her Instagram story, including one makeup free shot from when she was younger, where she could be seen cuddling a rabbit.

"I'll probably regret showing this but this is a picture of me in secondary school. Isn't it mad how you recall exactly how you were feeling at a moment in time just by looking at a photo?," she wrote.

"I know exactly what I was going through then or what I was thinking then."

She went on: "I just want you to know that it will all be okay in the end".

"You're just beautiful. Then and now," one fan wrote underneath the video montage.

While another added: "It doesn't matter what you look like Soph, your happiness is what makes you beautiful x".

We agree. Well done to Sophie for being so honest.
