If you are one of those people who is on first name terms with their Hermes or DPD delivery driver, you may want to take note - Channel 4 is looking for shopping addicts to star on a returning TV show.

Supershoppers, the programme that brings viewers the inside scoop on Britain's brands and retailers, as well as money-saving tips and tricks of the trade, looks set to air yet another season this year and the show creators are looking for people to appear.

It's like real life Confessions of a Shopaholic (

The show this time, with no set air date just yet, will focus on online shopping, so in particular Channel 4 is looking for families who are ordering parcel upon parcel every week.

From Boohoo dresses to ASOS earrings and Nike trainers, you're forever ripping into brand new orders and perhaps it's about time you got some help.

The show will no doubt assist as with other seasons, by arming you with facts so you can avoid fake sales and marketing tactics used by big brands designed to reel you in and perhaps will even tackle your own bad habits.

Whether it's you that has the shopping addiction, your siblings, or your mum and dad, Channel 4 wants to take you on the show and help by providing you with savvy shortcuts and clever ways to make your pennies go further and stop you from binge shopping.

If it makes you feel better, it's certainly not just you that loves an online shop.

Online card spending totalled £154 billion in the UK in 2016, according to the UK Cards Association.

The last few episodes of Supershoppers in 2019 starred Helen Skelton and Sabrina Grant (

The report also showed online shoppers in the UK spent more per household than in any other country.

This amounted to around £4,611 per household in 2015, with nearly a quarter of all clothing spends being carried out online - it's big business.

So if you think your family would benefit from appearing on the next season of Supershoppers, head to the Channel 4 page here.
