This mum has been praised for the genius lesson she uses to teach her children not to bully.

Posting to TikTok, user @__simijaur demonstrated how the method works, inspiring countless parents and teachers to employ the lesson with their own kids.

People are loving the video and are showering the genius mum with praise.

One impressed viewer commented: "Such a wonderful lesson! 👏🏻" while a second wrote: "Now thats smart parenting."

A third noted: "That is a very insightful approach to demonstrate what bullying can do to a person 👍🏾".

Some parents were so inspired by the powerful lesson that they were already making plans to teach it to their own children.

Another parent shared that she had used a similar technique with her own family.

She wrote: "We did this with an apple. Every time we said something mean we hit it on the table. then observed how the apple looked normal on the outside."

It's so good to see that this is what some children are being taught!
